"I recently got my nose pierced here, and I can’t stress enough how great the experience was. The piercer (I wish I remembered their name, bad memory) was so great, informative, and patient. Despite having the stretch my nose ring from a 20 to 16 gauge which is VERY painful, they took their time, talked me through everything, and it was amazing. Highly recommend coming here and working with this team."

"Came in to get matching tattoos with my sisters, the youngest just turned 21 and though we were very excited we were also very nervous. From the beginning our experience was incredible, the receptionist made our check-in a breeze, our tattoo artist George was very patient and attentive. He took his time helping us find a font, modifying the size and making sure we loved the placement before permanently scarring our bodies. Aside from that, the owner happened to be a few feet away hearing our conversations and assured us we could be satisfied. Which we undoubtedly are. Great team, great shop, we’ll see you again."

"This was my second tattoo at Generation 8. Chon was so amazing, collaborative, kind, and patient. He made sure I was happy with all aspects of the placement and design. We had to make alterations to the original design and I am so happy with what we came up with together as the final product. Chon took his time to make sure everything was perfect and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process, even offering to walk us to our car since it was late at night. Amazing experience 10/10 recommend, would go back in a heartbeat. Overall the entire staff was welcoming and kind"

"Very unprofessional, the person I had an appointment with wasn’t there. The person at the front checked me in and said she is on the way, five minutes away. 20 minutes later, she still not there and the guy at the front says there is no girl, you’re waiting for some guy , then the guy at the front disappears and suddenly no one knows what’s going on. The owner asked me what I’m doing there and I said I’m waiting for the tattoo artist, he really didn’t care either way. He said he’ll look into it, but then he just walked away. Some guy showed up to work and said it was him I was waiting for, but he had not seen the artwork that I had emailed them when I made the appointment. He didn’t have any of his own tattoos work to show me. And he ended up showing me pictures of the work from the girl I had the original appointment with. They didn’t care about anything except asking me to put a deposit. I drove all the way from Calabasas to go to this shop because of the good reviews they had. I’m not sure why I was treated in this fashion. But I wouldn’t recommend this shop."
