"Practically a daily customer. Love ALDIs deals on items. But customer service needs to be worked on by the manager and some associates. IF you literally have signs on your self check out saying a certain item does not ring up, so ask an associate for help. Walk to the check out stand for help just to be told you can just check your items out yourself and tell the employee well you have signs up saying to ask an associate? What’s the point of having a sign when you’re just going to be told just scan it and it’ll go through. Also I guess they did a MASS interview and tell the Hispanics if they don’t speak English they’re not going to be interviewed? Isn’t that in itself discrimination? Simply wow?!?…."
"I went there out of curiosity. Very disappointed.. First, make sure you have quarters with you. You need to put a quarter in the shopping cart to unlock it. The quarter stays in a slot in the cart. When you return the cart and push it back to the other carts, you will get your quarter back! The store was poorly stocked. I barely see any organic stuff. The quality of the produce was so so. Don't expect alot of variety in anything. Just not my kind of grocery store. But I did see people with a full cart. Wine is sold there. It's all self checks, I see one employee. Maybe he's the one who will come to you if you buy liquor."
"I don't really care for the lack of employees business model despite leading to somewhat lower prices. The self checkout was a pain when trying to ring up produce. I would like to have seen more selection with respect to plant-based options. Overall a very sterile and uninspiring experience."
"Great spot for produce, breads and baked goods, snacks and cheese. Frozen items are also a great deal which our family enjoys. Service can be hit or miss. Stocker, Chase, was extremely rude (I only know his name because he got yelled at. He constant got in front of me and I had to wait for him to move his dolly or step to the side so I could pass by) but the bright spot of my shopping trip was (Tiffany? red hair) the cashier. It’s extremely helpful when they have a cashier as most of the time you have to self check. She is so friendly, quick and efficient. It’s nice to see a smiling face as you exit the store. Tons of parking - pro tip: bring your own bags and a quarter to unlock the cart. More affordable but high quality items and I love their money back guarantee . Great seasonal items too!"
"Aldi has some great and consistent grocery items, especially with the meats and produce. The staff is friendly and maintains the store well. However, my biggest issue is that I always see moldy bread being sold. This is quite concerning and makes me want to question the shelf life of all other items being sold. We have found moldy bread every single time we’ve visited the store."
