"This meat market has been in business for over 19 years. Interesting fact, the butcher and cashier have worked there for 19 years. They’re the two most friendly people. We go here for the neat selection when we want to do things like carne asada or carnitas. Really priced nicely and fresh. We marinade our own carne asada and i bought pork shoulder to make chili verde carnitas. One other thing. They make their own in house salsa. Try the green one. The heat isn’t intense but it builds up and it’s oh so good."
