"I would give it 0 if I could. My power went out in the middle of the day while I was cooking a large meal and for 45 minutes the office line was busy. No word on when power would come back so I drove 20 minutes out to the office to ask what was going on. The lady to the left calmly answered my questions about the outage, but I mentioned that I wanted to speak to a manager (to bring up how much food gets wasted at my house during outages to hopefully try and get credit because I don't have a lot of money.) The other attendant stood up and started yelling at me that the outages aren't their fault and that I was being ridiculous. I had not spoken to her yet and though I was obviously annoyed, I hadn't cussed or yelled or insulted anyone - only asked for the manager's contact info. She laughed when I came back in to ask her name. One of the most unprofessional and hostile interactions I've ever had with anyone. Power goes out for hours in the middle of the day. Routine maintenance lasts 4-6 hours overnight regularly. The office staff is rude. If you have any choice, avoid at all costs."
