"Prices are about the same that other markets in the area I don't mind at all the place I must be honest is clean and has a very good stock of varieties and flavors I can always find what I was looking for BUT THE BIG PROBLEM LAYS WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THE MANAGER ,CASHIERS ARE VERY SLOW ,RUD AND Always GLUE TO THEIR PHONE NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO THEIR JOB LIKE FOR INSTANCE YESTERDAY 2/27/24 THE CASHIER APRIL WAS VERY SLOW AND ACTING CONFUSED IT HAS TO ACCUMULATE 10 PEOPLE WAITING IN LINE TO PAY ALL UPSET ,FOR THE MANAGER TO COME OVER AND OPEN Another REGISTER,IT TOOK THEM 45 MINUTES TO FIX A SMALL PROBLEM BUT ALL OF THEM WERE ACTING LIKE SCARED CHICKEN RUNNING AROUN WITHOUT SENSE IT IS VERY DISAPPOINTED REALLY I usually go shopping there twice a week spend an average of $150 to $200 but now I will rather go to Walmart or Cardenas market that come back to this place very upsetting and disappointed"

"Just recently visited and the young lady tonight at the self checkout was so friendly and polite. I appreciate her from rescuing me and my daughter from the long line to help at the self checkout. I never go to self checkout because they give me issues so I opted for the long line. She came up to me and my daughter and offered to help us use them. We got in and out so quick! My daughter is a 5 year old autistic child, so the long wait would have been a rough one. We appreciate all your help and making our experience a good one! Will be visiting again real soon!"

"This is a review for the “La Cocina” service. I have ordered catering items such as beans rice and chicken days ahead of the scheduled pickup and every single time I need to wait 15-30 minutes for them to prepare my catering meal. Whats the point of paying ahead and asking for a scheduled pickup time if you make your “valued” customers wait."
