"I HAD A TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, NO GOOD, VERY EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE from MARISELA M SHE IS A VERY RUDE OLD LADY WITH GLASSES THAT IS ALWAYS ON EXPRESS OF 15 ITEMS OR LESS. I had never ever experienced this in my life. She got mad because I had more than 15 items. I as a customer told "Ooh I'm sorry I didn't notice" "Sorry about it" but Marisela M. Rolled her eyes nasty on me and made mad gestures at me. Marisela answered back with a highly rude tone of voice that "All the customers should know that #2 register is for 15 or less by now and you too." and after also said "Next time I am not assisting you if I see you." Then she started slamming all my items when scanning and processing. Marisela M. never stopped talking "She said that she didn't care about me talking to the manager because they weren't going to do nothing to her and that she didn't care about her job because she could just get another job somewhere else, and that it was a low paying job anyway". She kept on pressing the button and squeezed my bread and broke my eggs on purpose. DEFINITELY GOT REPORTED FOR HER EXTREMELY BAD ATTITUDE AND FOR SCREAMING AT ME. SHE WAS BEING SO UNPROFESSIONAL AT ALL TIMES WITH ME. SHE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS SO THAT THEY COULD FEEL WELCOMED."

"Wow it was so sad to see with Corona virus everything was gone milk eggs bread potatoes chips . Parking lot was full no basket to shop with. Customer service was Nice to stand there and deal with this all Day.. so if you need. Go shopping nothing will be left for you to get. 4 stars for customer service for standing on there feet servicing the people all Day."
