"Horrible service by CLAUDIAPARTIDA. poorly trained for her customer service skills. Unprofessional staff changing excuses back and forth for not willing to process return/exchange with a Nasty attitude. Purchased a charging cord on Wednesday and while plugged in, it keeps disconnecting throughout the night. So I went back to the store to return it when I flew back to LAX on Thursday. CLAUDIAPARTIDA started from "I'm not sure if you can return it because IT HAS BEEN A DAY". I showed her that it says 30 days full refund on your receipt. She looked at the receipt, rolled her eyes, gave me back the receipt, took the charger, opened my package and connected to her phone for TWO SECONDS. So now she changed her reason to "IT WORKS ON MY PHONE, SO I REFUSE to let you return it". She left everything on the table and started ignoring me. I repeated the 30 days policy stated on the receipt to her again... She now changed her story to "I can't process the return BECAUSE THE MANAGER IS NOT HERE". So I asked to speak to her manager. She said her manager is not here and turn away from me again. Her manager Steven answered the call. He refused to do an exchange for a defected item they sold (within a day!) and now says that "They are final sale!". Surprise!! Nowhere in the store says anything about final sale and your receipt specifically says 30 days return for full refund! Now he says that I'll need to file a complaint to Mashall Retail Group and to ask them for permission and if it's approved, I'll need to call back and mail it back to the store, and only then will they process the refund. Seriously? Mashall Retail Group, maybe check your employees quality? Or is it your policy? Hey I wouldn't know but this is for sure a disgraceful customer service."
