"Vons needs to do better about enforcing the drive up and go spots. Whenever I order to drive up and go, almost all of the spots are taken by somebody who is shopping inside the store. The spots are for people who have preordered. Management should have security ticket them or leave a note. An issue on pickup is that if the store had to substitute something, I have to approve it but the website won’t update once I approve it. I then have to call the store and hope that someone picks up. Whoever works in the IT department needs to fix this bug. Months later, they still haven’t solved the problem of shoppers parking in the drive up and go spots and shopping at the stores. They have security on site and they should start issuing tickets to people who use the drive up and go spots but not have a curb site pickup from Vons."

"Evelyn supervisor has a rude attitude I try using my benefit card and she said I had to swipe my other card first then it charged all and when she said if I wanted to do refund to fix it she rolled her eyes and gave us a nasty attitude"
