"Usually good experience at this store which has a great selection and solid employees. I cane in soon after the store opened and one of the items I had a coupon for in the app was not stocked on the shelf. Gatorade 12oz for 12, 3$ off. They did have 12oz for 18 available and I checked with Amy to see if the same coupon could apply on the more expensive purchased. She was polite and went to find the manager, Veronica, who never came over but said she wouldn't honor the coupon. No apology from the manager, no options offered so I left the 18 bottle Gatorade case at the checkout. I'll buy it a Ralphs with their coupon. A missed opportunity here Smart & Final."

"One star for well stocked store. The customer service...well there is none. No smiles. No interaction. They all seem angry, and my guess is unhappy. If you have over 7 items, don't self check out. you can't take items off until you have completed scanning.your order."

"I used to come here all the time for the shopping needs of the business I manage, but then the other night I came, and after installing self checkout, they had no regular check out stands open. I am not keen on doing your job. I am not a cashier. So either staff your store appropriately or pay me at least minimum wage for ringing up and bagging my own groceries. I left and likely won't be coming back."
