"Horrible experience. The employees at the deli and seafood section are great. The checkin counter Ms. Myung is completely Racist and mean. The Manager is never there when you need help and doesn't care to work. Shows no effort, horrible place to be."

"Great store only taking off 1 star because the pharmacy staff is terrible. It they could excise the pharmacy from this building it would have FIVE stars. The pharmacy staff is rude, short, inconsistent in policy and terrible with communication. One pharmacist was so rude he didn't even wamna share his name. I'll NEVER walk back there again and don't encourage anyone else to do so either. The front of the store staff and seafood and produce and the deli are all kind good and professional. Night and dayfrom the pharmacy."

"I'm only giving it this because of their parking lot. The construction guys have taken over. Officially made it so that u cannot park close to the store or in the back. I most of the time may shop in the morning early before work because, I end up working through the night. When I go, they've put a machine in the corner in the back, they've covered the entire back part of the parking lot, construction n workers park on the side, in the middle, in the back, then the Ralph employees, cover the rest of the parking lot. It's just getting hard. The construction workers should cluster on one side,not spread themselves in the parking lot. It's unfair to the customer's who have been shopping there for over 20 years. Just sayin!"

"How could they have a constantly busy location, 8 check out lines available, and only 2 cashiers with EACH LINE being about 10 people long. Bad management plain and simple. And dont get me started about the deli wait, you will lose years of your life."

"If you’ve ever seen those Ralph’s commercials about caring about their customers, this is not one of those Ralph’s. The manager here clearly doesn’t know how to run a store right and doesn’t care about the customers at all. First and foremost, this store cut its hours despite the fact that there are always people showing up at closing time and trying to get in. This problem has been exacerbated by the fact that THIS RALPH’S KEEPS CLOSING THEIR DOORS A FULL 20 MINUTES BEFORE POSTED CLOSING TIME; THEY WILL NOT LET YOU IN NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU PLEAD TO SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM. It doesn’t matter if you promise to be out by 1 am (when they’re advertised to be closing). A grocery store is an essential location with basic, primary needs. The hours posted are there for a reason, so we - the public - know when we have access to this location and the products therein. To make matters worse, when the store actually is open, many items are unavailable due to the laziness and incompetence of the staff to actually get the items out of the way of customers and onto the shelves where they belong. Entire sections of the store are unavailable because there are boxes and dollies blocking everything. Considering the fact that the employees here short-change the customers during regular business hours AND have shortened the hours that they are open to begin with, therefore giving them tons of extra time to get things done, you’d expect there to at least be some organization and cleanliness here, but no. This is not to mention the fact that during COVID, the employees were not required to wear masks and roamed around the store mask-less, while customers without a mask were refused service. The manager has been told about these problems numerous times but fails to address the issues. They sometimes even try to block the door at night with shopping carts, presumably to dissuade customers from coming in and spending money. If you can find another grocery store closer to you, I’d recommend it. The only special thing about this Ralph’s used to be their expanded hours. Now they’re often just a waste of time."
