"-12 stars my girlfriend went there today as we were in the produce section we saw huge rat run right across our feet. It was honestly the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen in a store In my life. We were so shocked we just stood there disgusted. We then went to go tell an employee there and as we told this blonde man there what happened he then replied “ so what what do you want me to do about that.” We were so shocked again that’s completely unacceptable 1. To have a rat there and 2. To talk a customer like that. He then went to go get another co worker to tell him and immediately they started laughing and pointing at us asking we would to keep the rat. Words can’t describe the type of filth and unprofessionalism that we experienced today I am already contacting the kern county health inspector because this is horrible."

"Showed up at no joke 11:50 pm with just having to run in and grab ONE item (mind you I know exactly where it is located) there was people still inside the store shopping.. walk up to the store and they shut the doors on me.. security says "BOSS says we closed." Informed him that it was one item and they should not be closed until 12am.. no response. If you close at 12am do NOT SHUT DOORS ON A CUSTOMER 10 TILL. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!"

"They always have the best prices and shelves are usually always stocked up to the best of their ability. The checkout clerks are always friendly and helpful and if you haven’t found what you were looking for they will help you find it before you check out. Fast & friendly always very CLEAN. The shelves are always in order & not messed up so it makes it easier to find what you’re looking for."
