"Our experience at Sumner Eyecare was awesome! This was our first eye exam for both myself and my kids and they treated us with such care. The staff was so friendly and informative and the vibe was warm and inviting. We will forever be customers."
"The service was great! everyone was kind, polite, thorough and professional. They did not act as though my eye care was just business revenue, but that my eye care mattered to them."
"Dr. Neal was so great and knowledgeable. I haven't had a fav eye doctor since the 2001 vision center days BUT Dr. Neal is it for me. The young lady at the desk gave a great first impression with her kindness."
"I was late by about 20+ minutes for appointment, not including the 15 minutes early they asked me to be there, and they just took it in stride, did excellent exam, asked all the right questions, and got me out way faster than I thought they could. I couldn't have asked for any better appointment for my annual diabetic eye exam."
"I purchased my eyeglasses back in June. Everyone was very kind during my visit. The person who helped me with my order was nice and explained everything in detail. Recently, I noticed my right lens had scratches and it has caused me some difficulty seeing out the lens. This should not be the case because, I added scratch resistance and paid the additional cost. I noticed three small scratches on my right lens. I called the office yesterday morning to ask if I could bring them in for repair. I was told yes by the person who answered the phone. Of course, you can bring them in and we will take a look at your glasses. They are still under warranty. I go in on my break. The person who helped me examined my glasses. I was told by this person, if I were you I would not use my warranty now. You should wait to see if you get more scratches and then use your warranty. I answered, I paid for scratch resistance and therefore I should not have gotten any scratches on my lenses. I was then told by the person assisting me, yes they are scratch resistant not scratch proof. I felt like I was being dismissed and treated like a child. I did not want to argue, because I was on my break from work. I kindly walked away and said okay. I am writing this review because I think when a customer comes in and has an issue and the product is still under warranty, you should do what the customer request and not try to talk them out of it. I spent a lot on my eye wear and paid for the extra to keep my eyes protected while working and looking at a screen all day and to ensure that there will not be any damage down the road by purchasing the scratch resistance. To be told, yes they are scratch resistant but not scratch proof is an insult. I know they are not scratch proof, but why have a warranty in place if you will not allow the customer to use it."
