Reviews of Crosswoods Community Center
"No driving fountain, no bathrooms,"
"O Ya the turkey's have little ones now and there is a roster running around like he's top dog in the park."
"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for over 24 years. Raising kids and grandkids alike. We used to love going to the Sylvan Oaks library and park. It was so close and it was beautiful and green and the creek running through there made it really lovely. The kids always looked forward to going and looking for bunny rabbits and playing on the swingset. And although I was heartened to hear about the renovations there, I was terribly surprised and disappointed when I went there today with my granddaughter and husband. Safe to say I will not allow any of my kids or grandkids to go back to the park, especially alone. We didn’t feel safe there, and the smell is not so good. I feel sorry for the homeless, but It’s ruined the park with their trash and smells. The creek is not meant for fecal matter. And we saw a broken razor on the playground itself. Although we couldn’t sit at the tables, because a homeless people had their belongings all over them. I’m not going to pretend I know what to do about the homeless, but our parks are taking a beating."
"Our daughter has taken dance lessons here through Turns and Tumbles for a few years now. The facility gets the job done and they offer on site bathrooms."
"Cute park by Sylvan Library and tennis courts. Fun for children, swings, slides. You can use Sylvan Library bathroom when it is open."
