"Update spoke with the owner over the phone she said that the unsupervised children are not kids related to staff but instead parents who are not taking care of their kids. The reason i assumed it was a child related to staff as the staff did not act when told about a child’s aggressive behavior and the parent was no where to be found after he hurt my daughter. One recommendation will be to have less signs so the really important ones stand out more. The staff here allow their own children and family to play here unsupervised for free and then those kids assault my children so they covered up for them."

"we don’t live in the area but we love coming here. staff keeps cleaning when available. the place is super clean. everytime we come here, there’s a new play area. They will make you use their socks which doesn’t bother me because I love their socks. I make my daughter use their socks if we get invited to a different indoor playgound because of the quality of the socks. always have friendly and welcoming staff."

"Our kid has a great time here, but the staff is unwilling to right a wrong. In August they changed their sock policy. You now must buy and wear their new logo socks. That is understandable. What’s not customer friendly though, is making us purchase socks from them a few weeks before they change their policy knowing the change is coming, and then refusing to exchange them for their new $4 dollar pair of socks. But, if I post a google or yelp review, I can at least get $4 off my next visit. Let’s see if they honor that and give me a free pair of sock…"
