"We have been wanting to come for a while and finally had the chance- but the biggest mistake was going on a holiday. We were trying to get help from the workers on the process and what projects we can choose from but it was so hard to get someone's help. We finally got someone's attention, but after she told us to go to a table and she will meet us, she forgot about us. we waited over 20 minutes for assistance. Once we got the ball rolling we had a lot of fun. I wish they had a bigger space for the paints or multiple spaces to pick the paints from, just because it was so busy and difficult to get paint when you need it. My one recommendation would be for the workers to be more interactive with the customers and maybe stop and check in on tables. We had questions about some things once we finally got started, but it was very hard to get someone to help. I know going on a day when there was no school was not the best idea. I'm hoping going in a weekend would be a little better for the experience."

"What fun!! Trinity helped us pick out colors for our project. Trinity also came by several times while we were painting to check on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. She was so willing to help you could tell she really likes her job. They experience with Trinity made the day!"

"I enjoy taking my kids to Hot Spot, but no one told me you have to pick up your pottery before so many days or they discard it. I spent over $150 on pottery and completely spaced out on picking it up. It would be helpful if the staff could call and give you a reminder to pick it up before tossing it out."

"I finally got to do this!!! It was a super fun experience here with my two girl friends. We came here at 11am on Saturday morning. This place gets packed very fast. It is very popular. There’s a kid party there, I can tell this is a perfect place for kids’ activities. The price here is very reasonable. Basically you choose one pottery from the shelf, different style has different prices, they are around $25-$50. And then they provide all the supplies and they will bake the finished pottery for you. And you will come back to pick it up in about 10 days. I’ll bring my other friends here. I can tell everyone has fun."
