"It's always a good time. Just keep your receipts. Last visit, it was jam-packed, and they were having issues with the POS running slow. I had the charge duplicated twice. I called the store to resolve the issue. However, the young Hispanic manager refused to provide his name or offer any assistance on the matter. I know it was him bc I was dealing with him on my entire visit 2days prior. We had a bday gathering for my son, and the young attendant girl was having issues charging my guest using my punch card, so he handled all my guest's entrances. Otherwise, NEVER a hick up or issue, just way to much fun and the kids not having enough time, 5 or more hours will never be enough. Lol."

"My wife and I take our three grandsons to Kids Empire and this place is not just for kids but for adults who want to have like kids too. We love the workers who all are so friendly and supportive of the party atmosphere for kids. The front desk check in is fast and reliable to know your child cannot exit without supervision. The play areas are clean, restrooms are clean and sanitary. Also safe for all ages and grandpas like me to have fun. Thank you Kids Empire Cameron AKA PAPA"

"Took the kids and had a great time! Clean, well-lit, air-conditioned, and full of awesome play equipment for the kids. Especially appreciated the toddler and baby section, where our two youngest had a real ball. Kids would have played there all day long, I think. Thanks for a great time!"
