"This is probably the best park in Ventura. It’s hidden in a neighborhood but has everything a park should have. Baseball, picnic tables, bathrooms, playground, dog park area, tennis courts and plenty of space. There are trees all around and a barranca that separates it from the neighborhood. You might even find a rope tied in a tree for swinging! I’ve always had a great time at this park!"

"i’m from oxnard california and i got to say i love this place. my family used to occasionally celebrate birthdays and easter here when i was growing up. it’s huge open park with i wasnt to say 2-3 baseball/softball fields but the spot is good for just about anything. real low key lots of tall trees. the only thing i have to say is that the street asphalt it pretty rough. other then that a lovely park hidden and near a little creek that runs along the side of the park. it’s pretty dusty as far as a bunch of branches and leaves. during the summer it could definitely be a fire hazard so the city might want to clean it up a little bit. i’m sure the people who live in the area gets bugs and critters like crazy! love the park and the city!"
