"This park is great. It is very clean. It has a track around the outside for running or riding bikes, plus a dozen or so workout machines"
"Great park, been going with our kids since they cut the ribbon. That said, I now have to explain the sound of regular gun fire as well as full auto machine guns due to the City Police gun range on the hill. 15 years living on the Ave and the cops shooting day and night is the only gun shots I've heard. City of Ventura has been promising to do something about this for 40 years or more, but nothing changes."

"Beautiful, clean, and super fun for kids and adults. There are some gorgeous play areas and workout areas for adults, a little water/sand play feature, chess tables and an amphitheatre. We love it there, hopefully the city will build ten more just like it!"
