"At first, the experience and communication were excellent. They charged me $100 to make my appointment. Vanessa was accommodating and answered all my questions before the procedure. On the day of my appointment, I arrived on time; I had to wait more than an hour. Daisy was not there, and she arrived an hour and fifteen minutes after my appointment. Nobody asked me if I wanted something to drink while I was waiting. After getting my eyebrows tattooed, I was thrilled and forgot all the wait. After three weeks, most of my friends noticed that my eyebrows didn't look equal. So, I texted Vanessa and asked her if Daisy could fix it. She told me they could be fixed, but it would cost $150, like a retouch. I paid $900, and they told me I must pay another $150 to be fixed. I told them it has to be included with the payment, but after I texted that, I didn't receive an answer. I have been trying to reach them, and there is no answer at all."
