"I give the facility and the personnel a 5 my only problem is with the test itself that the wires are limiting the way that they're hooked up limits your sleeping mobility and if you don't sleep In a way that doesn't affect the wiring you may be uncomfortable I was because I sleep on my stomach but other than that everything was great"

"The employees here are awsome. We all did not pay attention that it was a holiday today and the post office was closed so the sleep equipment that I was supposed to take home was not going to be delivered today. No bother to me we have nothing else to do and the kids have fall break so we are 9ut 5aking a break away from the kids. Lol. I wouldn't mind sitting in this facility all day. The environment is so peaceful. Love the place and the people. ❤"

"Very dissappointed with this company. I was told that i could pay $100 to do a test at home or pay $350 to come to their facilty and spend the night. I chose to do the sleep test at home. After they got the results they then told me that i still had to come to their location to stay over night. I didn't understand why so i asked....they explained it the best way that they could. I could tell that the sheets hadn't been washed from the previous guest because the side that she put me on was messed up when she pulled the sheets back. I put that in my comments after the so called sleep study. No one contacted me about it. Anyway, after paying a total of $450 plus receiving a bill in the mail from them, I was told by my doctor that i have to get another sleep study done! What was the point of wasting my time with these people. I called to ask them about this and the lady that i spoke with couldn't make me understand the logic behind their way of thinking. She was starting to get a little loud so i ended the call by telling her that i will be reporting them.....NEVER AGAIN!!!!"
