"Went to Jackson office with my son for infection of his great toe. He doesn’t have insurance so we paid 125.00 for the visit upfront. Saw a NP and was told it was infected, really. She looked at the toe and said that it needed to be cleaned and she would order antibiotics and refer to a Podiatrist. Visit lasted approximately 4 minutes and she left. When she said it needed a I be cleaned and antibiotic applied I thought it would that someone would come to clean and dress it. Instead she walked out and left the door opened. We waited and a nurse came to the door and told us we could leave. Called back today to question the care and was told that according to the record that , that was the entire visit . Did not receive any info about the referral and designated pharmacy had not received a script for Meds."
"I went to the Clinic for a serious condition so I could be treated and go to work. The Dr. suggested the pharmacy, 24 hour, she told me she would get it called in and to head that way. I waited for over an hour and she still had not sent the RX. I have waisted 3 hours, $30 and time away from my work. The lack of consideration for others is unbelievable! The pharmacy told me this happens very often with them."
"Just a little on the slow side for my DOT Physical today but for it being a walk-in as well as a Friday I can't complain too much. Plus the paperwork was wrong the sent me out with and waited till 5:30 PM to call and notify me they had did things wrong. The nurse was a little up tight but everyone else I encountered seemed really laid back but professional. Doctor was great and very thorough with the physical. The architecture and set up are amazing in this building. Rooms were nice, organized and sterile."
