"I’ve been going to Joe since my first tattoo and I love him and the shop environment he creates. He’s always working to bring on new and diverse staff, which makes me (a woman of color) feel so valued and safe in the shop. He’s fast, he’s talented, he’s reliable. "Great customer service, great vibes! Kaylee was my tattoo artist and she is amazing. Booking with her was online and super easy. Sent her a couple pictures of what I had in mind and a couple days before my appointment she sent a design to me to look at before I came in. Once there, I asked for changes to the design multiple times and she was very patient and kind about it making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Kaylee absolutely delivered on the tattoo! Everyone that worked there was very friendly and made it a comfortable environment to get tatted"

"First time in Cali, get here Saturday, hotel says no check in till 3. No worries, go to a coffee shop and hang for a bit. That's where I met Joe and immediately he gives off the best vibes. Talk a little and before long we are headed back to his shop. Get there, meet Kaylee the other artist of the shop. More great vibes, so within an hour of landing in Cali I've got an appointment for a tattoo. They mention another artist, but that he won't get back until Saturday/ the day I had back. Still no worries, 3ish rolls around, we say byes I grab my stuff and go (because mind you I have both of my bags with literally everything I packed for a week of travel with me). Fast forward to appointment day. Tattoo turns exactly like I wanted, color and all. As a person of color I hear color just doesn't work, but neither Joe nor Kaylee ever made it seem like an issue. So tattoos finished, I get ready to go, look over and see a fellow on the other side, doodling, and its the third artist, Devon. One of the most inspiring stories I've ever heard but also another cool person! Get to talking about travelling and life, end up getting lunch together and again I get to hang out at the shop, chat, eat and have a great time. Long story but seriously one of the best customer experiences I've had anywhere. Go for the great people, and let them give you a tattoo while your at it!"

"Don't listen to the whiners on this page. I went into this shop specifically to see Randy Smith for a tattoo on a very sensitive area. I've been following his work on IG for years (which is full of straight lines btw). And this is the second tattoo that he's done for me. He was nothing but courteous and professional. He did fantastic work for me and never once made me feel uncomfortable. We had a friendly conversation and joked the whole time and he had me laughing even when we hit some painful spots. If you're a mixed person like me or POC, Randy is your guy. Consider this your daily reminder that you get what you give, be respectful, and kind and you'll receive nothing but that in return."
