"My first time to use Prestige Cleaners in Farragut. I had one dress with a belt cleaned and it was $22 and some change. I have no complaints about anything else other than that just seems extremely high. I probably didn't pay much more than that for the dress. I don't know how much they charged for the belt, but that was part of the cost. I rarely have anything dry cleaned and next time I'll ask the cost before I leave something somewhere. To me this was totally outrageous."
"I always enjoy going to Prestige Cleaners because they are so pleasant and efficient. True to form on this occasion, they had scheduled the return of my items for 5-7 days, but they were ready in 3 days. When I turned in one of the items they had gone to the trouble of calling me back to note that the item had a small tear already and that cleaning might further damage it. In fact, they did damage the item any further. They always promptly notify you, and provide wonderful services!"
