"These guys are great as far as their work and their technicians. Felt like the price was a little much. Found the part online for like $55 and they charged me $241 for the same part. Didn’t seem to care. Said if I bought the part myself, they refused to install it. It is what it is. Nobody does anything fair anymore. But again, the work was solid and I’d trust them to do the work for sure. The technician was fantastic."

"We chose Allegiance to redo our fireplace area and install a dual purpose gas & wood burning fireplace with chimney. The installers were very professional and did everything to make us happy. The color mantle we ordered was not delivered and later found the company they ordered from no longer carried the color we wanted. They went above and beyond to sand down and stain the mantle that was delivered to our desired color. I messed up and did not measure correctly to verify that we would need to mount our TV. After they completed the stone was when I realized it. The installers completely understood and were able to perfectly cut out the area needed that I could install my TV mount. We are very satisfied with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone! I attached before and after pictures. The stone work came out perfect!"
