Our house looks incredible, it is better than when we first bought it. I definitely teared up walking through the door and seeing it so perfect. This was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders and I appreciate how professional and non-judgmental the team was. I am thankful I found a company that is so thorough. To anyone on the fence or in between choosing a cleaning company, I would definitely recommend booking with them, you won’t be disappointed. I was looking for someone that wouldn’t overlook the details and they went above and beyond!"

"They were not even on time, they were early! They were super respectful of our home. This was my first time with a cleaning company, I felt very comfortable with them! They walked though the whole house and talked to me about everything. With our first baby on the way, they were so considerate of how they cleaned for the little one. "Do not use this company! Owner came out and inspected my house while waiting on his two cleaning girls. He pointed out things my previous cleaner had not done the month before and never brought up anything about a price change to clean what we discussed over the phone. (I have been having a cleaner come once a month for a year.) The cleaners left without me being able to fully inspect my house. Soon after I realized a lot of things they missed that should’ve been just part of the normal routine cleaning. However, I didn’t say anything as I was waiting on a text from him because he said he would come back to do my blinds. He finally asked how everything was via text. I told him what the cleaners did not clean. They missed my entire gym room! The door was open don’t know how they missed it! They did not clean the glass to my doors. I have a white step going outdoors to one of my rooms, and as pictured above, they didn’t clean it at all. I assumed he would respond by saying he would clean those things when he came back to do the blinds. Instead his response to me was my house needs a deep clean, which is a higher price. And it’s best that we part ways. I asked him why didn’t he tell me that when he inspected my house I would’ve understandably paid extra for the first clean. He did not respond to my question. And he did not apologize for their neglect of a whole entire room and the other things that should’ve just been a part of a routine clean, not even a deep clean. Very horrible customer service and very very bad experience. I’ve never had a cleaner come for the first time and miss so many blatant things. And me saying that is not even including the extras that we discussed that would be done on a rotating basis and it’s suddenly now an extra charge, that he did not discuss with me at all. He went through my entire house and I even confirmed with him that it’s still would be the same price we discussed over the phone. The fact that he didn’t even take ownership of lying to me about coming back and not even an apology for the things that weren’t done that is part of a routine clean is absolutely shocking!"

"On very short notice, Matt Perrigo of The Maids Serving Murfreesboro, assembled a team of Maids to thoroughly clean and sanitize the home that we had just moved into that was in need of a good cleaning. The ladies were prompt, efficient and thoroughly cleaned every nook and cranny. They went way, way beyond anything that I would have expected. I was very pleased with the results and highly recommend The Maids. You absolutely will not be disappointed if you use this service."
