"Horrible customer service! Spent almost $2000 with them on a Polaris It lasted less than one year. I’ve been trying to reach the customer service department for almost a week and have not even got a returned phone call! I’m willing to even pay to get a new control board, but some how I can not even get a returned phone call…"

"I’d give this place ZERO stars if I could! This place will rip you off!! Almost $20 for a bag of SALT! Brand new pool owner with very little knowledge. Told them I had a brand new set up and they told me I needed ONE 40lb bag of salt. Drive across to Home Depot to find sand because they didn’t have what I needed and find salt for $7/BAG!!!! I felt violated, what a rip off!!!! I start trying to figure out my sand filter system and reading the manual closer at home and discover I need 200lbs of salt! So not only are their products marked up 300%, but they don’t have a clue. I do NOT recommend this store. Drive the extra distance if you need to and go somewhere else!"

"They have helped me so much this summer! Very informative. We’ve been to most of the pool places in the Knoxville area and they were the only store that wasn’t super rude to us! My pool had so many issues this year and they gave great advice and helped us get it back on track every time. And when it took more than we thought it would, they gave us discounts just because. Awesome place to go for pool help and supplies!"

"I bought four gallons of liquid chlorine on Saturday from another pool supply company in Farragut for $26.18. My wife purchased four gallons of the same brand from Poolwerx in Lenoir City today for $48.14 not realizing I paid far less only 5 days ago. I called both the Knoxville and Lenoir City locations several times to address the issue, but no one picks up the phone at either location. The pricing wasn't slightly different is was nearly double for the same product. We won't be going back to this company for our pool supplies.."
