"My father took us all on vacation in 1979. West Virginia, TN., Ga., Disney world... One night, late and searching for a place to sleep for a few hours, my folks saw a sign that said "Crosseyed Cricket". They drove in through the fog and found a spot. We were out early the next morning so we didn't get to see much, but 45 years later we still talk about it. (As opposed to the Yogi bear in Fla. that was terrible!)"
"Well a long time ago when the owners cared it was a awesome place to camp . But now seeing how it's all long term . The place is a dump. Campers there are all trash around it stuff everywhere. I will never go back there you can not camp there anymore due to all full time ."

"Homely rustic setting, complete with Norman Rockwells on the wall. Catfish as fresh as they come since you fish them yourself in the adjoining pond (hardly a long wait or difficult to catch). Very friendly waitstaff and fair pricing overall. On the grounds you can also visit an old grist mill. Overall this is an unforgettable experience!"
