"Our company hired Jani-King, had them for almost 2 years. I joined our company halfway through that period. Our supplies such as garbage bags were disappearing like crazy, 50 bags taken daily for 4 trash cans. Same for toilet paper. They only cleaned half the stuff contracted for and that was not thorough. They only sent non English speaking workers. When we complained about things nothing changed so we terminated the contract and they kept showing up, no communication. No organization and TERRIBLE cleaning. Save your company money and NO NOT HIRE these THIEVES"

"This is the WORST company to use for commercial cleaning services. We had to CONSISTENTLY request for basic surfaces to be cleaned (ie the sink in the bathroom, to mop the bathroom floors). When we signed with them we were under the impression that they would provide a thorough weekly clean. They even provided a PDF with all surfaces that would be cleaned with each weekly cleaning. After each clean we were extremely disappointed. Surfaces in the PDF that were stated would be cleaned (ie the toilet, the kitchen counters, the bathroom floor) were in the same state they were in before the cleaner came. There was visible dust and watermarks on the bathroom counters, dirt on the kitchen floor. The work was not done and we consistently had to ask for specific, basic surfaces to be cleaned. To add to our frustration, they never ever respond to emails. They only communicate through phone calls or MAIL. This company is a trap. They will trap you with a contract. The cleaning is inconsistent and so are the people they employ who sometimes don't show up at all. They're a franchise and they don't care about anything besides the checks you have to mail them each month. I would give them 0 stars if I could. A complete waste of time and money!"
