"We have used The Maids for about a year (every other week). The quality of cleaning is always good and fast. They are pretty good at communication, though everyone can have a couple mishaps. The workers have all been friendly and respectful. We keep our house generally clean, so a standard cleaning leaves our house spotless."

"We scheduled The Maids to come and do a move out/deep clean. I told them that our floors were the TOP priority, because of our move and the multiple muddy shoes we’ve had in and out during it. The pictures below are what were left with. I was called after they had been there for 1 hour and was told it would be an additional $100 for them to do the floors. I was told we’d be charged per square footage, not per hour. When I called back after seeing the floors, Ken interrupted me when I spoke and told me “I won’t say the bad things our maids had to say about your house.” The whole experience was misleading, disappointing and EXTREMELY unprofessional."

"We hired The Maids of Brentwood and Franklin for deep cleaning service. First of all, I was reached out promptly after submitting online request. The scheduling process was effective. On the day of service, they came in a group of 4 maids, who all wore masks and gloves, with extra cares of our house. Because we have a newborn, they also kept vacuum and other sounds at minimal level. The finished cleaning in 2 hours at our house, with floors vacuumed, windows and surfaces wiped clean, and cooking range/microwave/oven taken care of. Specifically, I was very satisfied that they put lots of effort and made master bathroom clean and shiny! The team left our house with courtesy, good quality of service and good brand images. Also, the owner of the maids squad is very nice and responsive. I highly recommend and will re-book another cleaning service in the future."

He always replied me promptly whenever I texted or emailed to reschedule or add a visit. I am moving soon. Hopefully I would find a good maid service around my new home, as good as them!"
