She had offered to redo them for free but when I messaged her and sent pictures she never responded to any of my messages. Update: Michaela did reach out after seeing my review. I will update my review again once my brows are fixed. I must say that it is amazing customer service to know that you have a client is unhappy and to try to fix the situation. That's huge!"
