"Came into the store looking to buy jewelry, and was told to come back in 45 minutes because of walk-in wait time, which was no problem. I returned and was told it would be another 25 minutes. Absolutely no problem. When I returned, the same customers who came right before me from the beginning were still waiting to get pierced at closing time, still fine. The actual piercer told me it would be another 45 minutes, and that I needed to be present for the entire wait, insinuating that my leaving was the cause for my wait. I explained that I was doing what I was told, and that I didn't mind waiting. It was apparent that my being there was an inconvenience to the piercer and was abrasive, as they were already projected to work 45 minutes after closing time. If I had been told to come back tomorrow, or to wait 3 hours, that would've been fine. Hope communication improves as I've considered this shop to be the best in Vallejo. I never leave negative reviews because I know how life is, but this experience was pretty rough. Hope this helps in some way"

She seems much more professional and accurate than other piercers I've been to, and she is also friendly and personable, as is Danica, the receptionist. Not only do the piercings look great and my daughter loves them BUT he made sure she was happy and relaxed and he reminded her multiple times that he would not do anything before she was told.
