"I came for a pedicure because i got a recommendation and the cleanliness was not up to par. They advertise “All services Guaranteed 100% Sanitary” , and it doesn’t seem like it at all. I was sat in seat 1 closes to the door and a swarm of flies were in front of me, on top of that the floor around my was filthy and my water was icy cold. When i told them my water was ice cold they just added hot water without draining any which made it below lukewarm. I told the lady it was still cold before she walked away and she proceeded to walk away. Unfortunately they are one of the only open nail salons today so i will stay for my service, however i will not be coming back. When it was time for my actual service the lady brought over towels that were used on the lady from seat 4 or 5, the towel had nail clippings on it along with cuticle clippings and acrylic clippings and i had to ask for her to use a clean towel to put my feet on. I will say the lady over the phone who seems like the owner is super nice and sweet and when i walked in she immediately knew i was the phone who called for an appointment."

"They are great with customer service, good with trying to match what you want, and they take off 5% of the total price if you pay in cash. Also, if you don’t have cash they have an ATM as well! Lastly, they do/make fake toe nails (powder) if you request it :)"

"Hospitable staff providing awesome service with a smile (I can see it through their masks)! Large, well ventilated space with a good amount of parking. I especially like the work of D and Julie."
