"I like going to the Marina. I live close by and have been shopping there for about 7 years now. Although every time I go one of the workers, Maria, has been causing drama. I see her yelling, giving bad looks and overall just having a bad attitude with everyone."
"I sent my mother there, and they were so disrespectful to her in the fish and meat dept. So I went back to the store to see what's was going on. At first they tried to be rude to me then so one spoke their language for me and I told them I didn't need it . Basically their rude to black people spending their money. Also, the place stinks badly , and I let them know I am a reviewer, and I'll be letting people know."
"It is a nice place to shop as a Vietnamese and Spanish. They probably have all the things you looking for your meal ingredients. But they put on sale very few so if you found something on sale that you want, grab it before it’s gone. Love to shop here."
"We were very happy to find Thai food ingredients both fresh and packed. Yesterday we had Pad Thai and today Kaeng Khio wan."
"This afternoon I went to buy a product at the marina and they had the wrong tag, I told the cashier that there was another price on the shelf. I had already paid for it but the cashier didn’t give the product and money. Instead she put it on the counter where the manager in charge was to verify the price. I followed the person to verify the price and showed him where it was and he checked it. He told me that tag was wrong, which was another brand of the product and when I returned to the manager, she started to raise her voice and The person who checked the price told her that the price was good, which was not true. I started to complain to Maria (the manager). When I mention that she need customer service clases and respect the prices on the aisle her response was, “No I don’t have to plus I don't have to bow my head for every complaint” those were her exact words. Plus she also wanted to scold me for not leaving the money on the display case, because she did not take responsibility in the first place, I did not leave it there. When I stop by at the store I always see that she doesn’t respect the customer and treat them like they are not welcome at the store. I never thought this would happen to me. It was around 3:15 and I asked for her supervisor and she refused to answer. She was very unnecessarily rude."
