"This store is the absolute best! The customer service is extraordinary. The owner Rick will teach you about all of the oils and vinegars, what they are made of, where they come from and what flavors pair well together. Every time I walk in there I walk out with a box or two of various goodies. They also sell flavored corn nuts, flavored sourdough breads & a ton of different flavor / styles of pasta....some are even gluten free! If you are visiting Niles this store is a must......even if you are not planning to visit Niles this store is worth experiencing."

"This place literally changed by view on oil and balsamic vinegar FOREVER. NOTHING compares to the taste and quality found in this store. Additionally you can TASTE what your buying which is beyond genius because you can't come into this store without buying something. The corn nuts are so fresh (better than store bought) and the bread is outstanding! If you want to impress your guests and enhance your dinners buy them an item from here- I cannot stress how one of kind and exquisite the food items are here."
