"It's understandable that you will have been busy on Christmas Day. Perhaps, if you're not going to allow any walk in-carry out orders due to being so busy, then maybe don't allow customers to wait in line for 15 minutes and then let them know. This has been my go-to Chinese restaurant because of fresh ingredients and high quality dishes, but I was profoundly disappointed this evening! Merry Christmas China 8...it won't happen ever again."
