"I have always liked the people at this office. April is wonderful but I'm out of my medicine and have been unable to get in touch with anyone since last week. The medicine I take can not be stopped cold turkey. I've never had this trouble out of them before. It's very odd!!! Does anyone know what's going on with their phone lines?"

"Wen through a couple medications for migraines and was told I was out of options for other medications. I'm not a neurologist but I know better than that. So I shaped to vanderbilt neurology where they promptly provided more options and informed me that there are many different avenues I could take"

"Like the last review although they open @ 8:30 it appears their phone lines and call queue does not turn on until 8:38/39..... I know this because i called 4 times. Whomever recorded the voice prompts is even nasty on the prompts. Tone isnt welcoming at all. HORRRIBLE FRONT LINE ERSONNEL!!!! RUDE as doon as they answered scheduling. I called because my dad was referred by the er but I will take him elsewhere because aint no way. If you talk to new patients(the highest reimbursable office visit for a physician). You truly don't care about quality. Get that person off the phone QUICK. Change that ivr greeting to!!"

"I haven't had to call yet to try and get through as others have mentioned, but my new patient check-in was a breeze. April and her nurse were very nice, and took lots of time with me. They were very organized, had access to my records, submitted prescriptions, booked follow-up. The appointment started on time. Couldn't ask for more (unless they can solve the parking issue that is horrendous for the entire hospital). Seriously, wear your comfy shoes for walking."

"Can’t ever get anyone to answer the phone. Even when you leave a voicemail, no one calls back. I’d like to know what day my doctor’s appointment is this month. I can’t find my appointment card, unfortunately, but that’s why I’m trying to call & ask. Things have not been the same at all since Dr. Lim left. I’m planning on going to a different neurologist later on. Can’t ever see a neurologist. It’s always the practitioner."
