"Front office staff was amazing and so was my NP. However, don’t expect them to call when you get test results back. I’ve called the nurse a dozen times, left messages and they never get back. Frustrating! Had an MRI appointment the NP told me to get, which my insurance denied, of course. The MRI facility told me I needed to have my NP call my insurance for a peer-to-peer. They never did. So as a result, I’ve missed 3 MRI appointments because they never called my insurance to get it worked out. Time to find a new PCP. They’re good in office, but once you leave it’s as if they have your money so no longer care."
