A minor service call to them resulted in their employee severely damaging my pool liner. After weeks of the owner Ray ignoring calls and texts, the extent of their willingness to remedy is shown in the pictures below. Shameful way to run a business."

"Adam and his crew got our pool cleaned and opened. Adam was very informative about everything, since we are new pool owners and we know nothing. He always answers our calls and any questions we have. He even came over on his day off to fix a problem we figured out and to test our water again after adding the proper chemicals! So happy to have a pool service near Milan Tn so we don’t have to go to Jackson! I highly recommend them! Very professional and prompt! We also found out they have a class for first time pool owners that we are signing up for! They come and teach us over time until we are comfortable with our inground pool! Thanks R&R!!!!"
