"Hidden gem of Fremont. The most beautiful trail I've come across. It's easy to moderate with around 300ft elevation. Best time to do the hike is Feb to April when the mountains are lush green but make sure you have the right shoes as it was little muddy from rains. Restroom and parking is at the beginning of the hike."

"A hidden gem that I hesitate to review actually. A narrow winding road through eucalyptus, bay laurel trees and black berry thickets. Past the old cattle barns and original farmhouse to the top. A final curve into the small parking lot and a few strides and then.... One of the most stunning views in the entire Bay Area! Past San Jose to the Santa Cruz mountains to the South, the entire East shore of the peninsula , all of the San Matteo and Dunbarton Bridges. Best of all only the wind and birds for sound. Stunning."

"Fantastic place with a beautiful hiking trail. We went in spring when the grass had just turned green with drizzly rain and good amount of fog and sun. Parking is difficult if you arrive late as it gets crowded during weekend."

"This is a perfect hike to view Bay Area’s hills. I would recommend this place for summer Hikes, it’s so refreshing. You can start the hike Early morning or by sunset timing to avoid scorching sun. The trail is not covered with any trees, so no shade throughout. There are several trails of varying intensity and at every curve you get a different view of the landscape. The parking lot is small, we were lucky to find a last parking spot. I recommend carrying a water bottle at least. The way/Road that leads to the trailhead is narrow enough for only one vehicle, pls b careful about manoeuvring. Enjoy the hike and picturesque views!"
