"Nice indoor playground with plenty of room for kids to play. Visited over the weekend and it was quite busy. Online reservation is recommended. They have separate rooms for bday parties which is nice. It could have been more clean and well managed though."

"We came here on a rainy day - we were in that area and searched an indoor play area and this came up in my search. We arrived at 3:30pm - there are 2 hour play slots through the day. Each 2 hour slot was $16.00 (plus $3 if you wanted to get their socks, you don't have to) so we only had 1 hour to play. We could either decide to stay for the hour or wait for the 5 o'clock hour to start. We decided to stay for the one hour and when I was going to pay she asked me are you coming back at five? I said I'm not sure do I have to pay for both slots. To my Surprise I didn't if I stayed for one hour she would prorate my time and give me a discount which I found amazing. Or she could give me wristband so I can come back at five, which I thought was amazing as well! Both options were great! The play area had so many different variety of games and structures and slides. They also have an area with arcades.arcades. While we were here, I noticed that a couple families were having parties and noticed rooms where those parties were held, which seems like a great option for people wanting to host their kids birthday party. I won't fail to mention that there was a stationary wooden ice cream truck that was pretty large. An adult could definitely fit in there or maybe three, I saw about 56 kids there at one time, and they had kitchen and little toys to serve the " ice cream truck parlor guests". My daughter had an absolute blast here and I recommend this spot for any parent wanting to take their kids to an indoor play area whether it's a rainy day or a special birthday celebration."

"Decent prices and large play area, but there are serious issues: 1) they did check us in, but no staff was checking the exit, it is really dangerous as someone can abduct a kid 2) Visited on a weekend, awfully/terribly crowded 3) Under staffed, place was a mess, broken toys, missing parts Sorry its hard to leave a bad review, but definitely not going back"

"Good indoor place. Although, whenever we visit this place with our kids, we always end up having an illness bout. The place can do better in terms of hygiene. The birthday parties could be held for a longer time slot than 2 hours. I think a minimum of 3 hours are needed since some time is always needed to set up and breakdown the birthday party decorations."

"This is NOT A DAYCARE! If you bring your kid, make sure you’re actually parenting and watching after your kids. The audacity of some “adults” to come here and let their kid do whatever they want while they’re on their phone not paying attention. I’m giving 2 stars because there is no organization on the actual play area whatsoever. We took our 11 month old and strictly stuck to the crawler zone (ONLY for 0-2 ages), but there were so many older kids coming in and out. There should be someone at the entrance of the crawler zone because it is a huge danger having older kids “playing” in the CRAWLER zone. We didn’t even enjoy most of the time since older kids were running, jumping into the baby ballpit, and throwing the balls all around. Only ONCE did a staff member step in to kick out all the other kids. They also need to enforce a capacity limit, seemed like chaos all around."
