"Nice park. Its not as prim and proper as other parks, ie grass is a bit longer etc, but its a good natural park. There is a very nice stream that runs through this park and is very pleasant for kids to get some nice rocks and maybe toss a few into the water. A really nice time here, peaceful and quiet."
"We didn't go to the park, we walked the trail that is right there, we walked all the way to down town Clayton. The dogs had a blast going in the creek along the way. It's a pretty area, I just wish the water ran all year long but it dries up after the rain."
"Very small park. For ages 2-5. One slide. 2 picnic tables. Hard to find or come across there is a creek."
"I love coming out to the park with our dog and two kids to play. It's convenient and close to our house and the trail that goes to downtown Clayton. There is a very basic kids playground structure with a tall and short slide as well as a tiny simulated rock wall. There are a couple of picnic tables and a single bench near the play structure. What this park desperately needs are more benches near the play structure and for swings to be added. There are no restrooms here so plan accordingly. The park is frequented by dog owners since there's a large patch of grass surrounded by a dirt/gravel trail. You often see people training dogs here. There's the occasional gathering for a birthday too. The parking lot is tiny and only first 5ish vehicles."
"Beautiful scenery, trail markers kept kids motivated. Love that it’s dog friendly! Parking was a bit limited."
