"There was an electrical issue which made the first puzzle literally completely unsolvable. We didn't know until the last few minutes when we asked the staff member for a clue. We got five extra minutes but we spent significantly more time than that wasting time. I had a nice time because of the people I was with but I would not recommend this company/location"

"Fun place for an escape room. Very creative with a fun, family friendly theme. They have the capability to handle multiple teams with multiple rooms. Some of the puzzles are quite challenging, but there's an option to get some help (up to 4 times). Location is in at the back of an industrial park, so may be more difficult to find (the first "mystery" to solve."
