Eagle Park

"A chilled and quiet park. We visited on Martin Luther King Jr Day. Not too busy. It’s a nice location to spend outdoors with family and friends."

"- Pros: - Good playground with sand and slides - The playground is surrounded by trees, and there are benches nearby to sit and watch the children. - Cons: - The grass field is often occupied by dogs. That has the following problems: - Poops on the grass land. - Dogs run off the leash and that is not safe for children to play around. - There is a water tap in the playground which some children love to play with ( including mine ). That causes a lot of trouble for parents: - Constantly have to monitor your kid and talk them out of playing with water. Otherwise they can mix the water with sand and quickly get soaking wet and super dirty. - Sometimes kids who play with the water splash it and wet other children too."

"Large spacious grass area for dogs to run free. There is an off leash time in the morning when a group of dog owners gathers in the middle with their dogs. Took my dog there twice while I was visiting a friend and she loved it. You do need to have a good voice control, though, as a Park is not totally enclosed. There is a water fountain for dogs and humans and a toilet for humans nearby. Dedicated parking lot. Nice to walk the dogs around the neighborhood from there through downtown Mountain View."

"Awesome park, lots of shady areas to relax. Love bringing my dog here off leash. The park also has a playground, men and women's restrooms, and a swimming pool but I'm not sure how access to that works."

"Lot of sunshine. A lot of open green lawns to play around or take your dog for a walk. The play structure is in the sun, but there is enough shade around for parents to stand and watch their kids play. There is sufficient parking on the roads or nearby areas."
