"Easily found the part I needed on their website. Assumed if it is listed with no notes identifying availability (or lack thereof), it would be shipped/arrive as noted within in 1-2 weeks. Unfortunately not the case. Received e-mail identifying it was on back order with no delivery date. Order could be cancelled however took E-mails and a couple days. Next time I will confirm availability before ordering. Overall, there is always room to improve customer support/communication after sale however likely not to the effect noted in the poor ratings"
