"Breathtakingly appalling customer service! We found a couple of pallets of block that were “on sale” at this place. We had some pallets of blocks delivered, and the sales person wrote on the invoice that we'd receive $25 back for each empty pallet we returned. We duly returned them and some woman who claimed to be the owner said we'd receive $16 per pallet. My husband showed her the invoice and she literally accused him of writing the $25 on the receipt himself. But wait, there's more! Not knowing if we would need more blocks to complete our project, we asked if we would be able to get more of them at this sale price. The sales person had said that if we needed more blocks, there was a display he could dismantle and he would give them to us at the same price. The woman said there wasn’t and there were no more. My husband spotted palettes of the same blocks as he left the building and pointed them out. The woman’s response was that they were the same brick but “new” and at full price, not on offer. It was like she was trying to be obtuse. There is so much more about the treatment he received but this is a picture of the lack of commitment they have to what they said (and put in writing) and the way they treat customers to give you an idea of what this company is like. My husband said that in 65 years, he can honestly say he has never been treated with such disrespect and unwillingness of a company to stand behind their commitments. We’re keen to support local businesses but this is one that does not deserve the support of ANY customers!"

"Good place to view a variety of brick & concrete products. Hit and miss with prices. Some reasonable, others more than the box stores. Customer service is fair, but they seem to cater more to the professional landscaper than diyers"

"I had some rock delivered to my house and the driver drove up on our driveway and we had him in position to dump and he drove forward and right into the planter bed and got his truck stuck . They had to call in a couple wreckers to drag the truck out of my planter and mutilated my driveway in the process . The owner said she wouldn't cover the damage to my driveway because we gave him permission to drive on to our property. The driver wasn't experienced and didn't follow our instructions . He never asked for our permission to enter the property as she stated. I wouldn't recommend using their services because they don't accept responsibility for their employees actions ."

"Came in for some small rocks as ground cover. Josh was super helpful in assisting us on how much rock we would need after we have him a square/ft measurement. Gave us some half decent design advice and set us up for delivery. Great customer service. The facility was very clean and had a lot of product displayed very well. Support local businesses."
