"I've been coming here for years and it's always a positive visit. Until today. The combination of powder and liquid the lady was using was BURNING my fingers! It's been over 2 hours and one of my fingertips still lightly burns. Also, if mosquitoes love you as much as they love me, BEWARE! I walked out with 6 bites. They're all over the salon. I don't think I'll be back"

"I hate sitting down for a long time so I decided to get a regular pedicure. I removed 99% of the gel I had on my toes and the lady had the audacity to charge me an extra $5 for the removal. I obviously argued with her because I was appalled by her nerve to charge me for spending 10 seconds to file the little gel residue off. I am unbelievably disappointed and in shock. Its not about the money. It was more about the principle. Lately, I have been feeling like the service industry is shorting their customers. I don't feel like I got my moneys worth here. I could've done a better job than this. She also had the nerve to tell me that she has to charge next time. LADY, THERE IS NO NEXT TIME. I WONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE."

"I visited this place in December for a gel mani and pedi. They ground my nails down, which hurt a lot. I knew something was off when it was extremely painful. The powder thing they aggressively convinced me to use chipped and peeled in a week. I haven’t been able to get my nails done in 3 months because the natural nails they ground down is so thin and fragile. Since my visit to this establishment my nails have been chipping away piece by piece, sometimes the pieces that break off are too large and stings. I haven’t been able to use my nails for usual stuff like: opening soda cans and scratching. These nails are embarrassingly maimed and I could not have my nails done for Christmas, New Years, my Birthday Day, Valentines Day, and Saint Patrick’s Day. This place has caused me extreme distress and on top of it all I paid $90 (including $25 tip). They were not gentile, they cut deep into my cuticles and caused me to bleed. My pinky finger stung for a week and almost got infected."

"I have used this nail salon twice. The first to have an acrylic set filled, that went well and they did an okay job. The second time I had them do a new acrylic set. In less than 48hrs a nail broke went back the day of and they charged me to have it fixed. I have had the nails for a week and have had a total of 5 broken nails. 1. Sliding a drawer open 2.closing a drawer 3. Putting dishes away 4. Tying a shoe 5. Moving a desk chair to sit in it It seems like if the nails even touch something they will break. I have never had a nail break until I went to this salon. ( I’ve been doing acrylic sets for over three years) I am very disappointed and will not be returning."
