"I just visited PL Tools in Van Nuys, and I was amazed at that store! He has everything you could ever need for the DIY guys, as well as the professionals! And on top of all that, Peter (the owner) is such a nice guy!!! He cracks jokes, he asks you what it is that you're looking for, and then he lets you browse without putting any pressure on you to buy! And if by any chance, he does not have what you're looking for... he will tell you where you can get it! That is GREAT customer service! And by the way... his prices are incredibly low!!!"
