"On January 18, 2023 after a brutally cold and icy week, a water pipe burst in my kitchen. Servpro sent an awesome crew (thank you Kaitlin, Isaiah, Shonda, David) to mitigate the damage to my home. I have never needed a service like this before, but after my original shock and disbelief that this happened, I can honestly say that a five star rating is not adequate for the service they provided. The crew was professional, displayed outstanding teamwork, worked extremely hard to remove damaged hardwood, kitchen cabinets, baseboards, appliances, set up fans and dehumidifiers, etc. They totally put my mind at ease and made a difficult situation almost enjoyable. I highly recommend Servpro of Chester, Hardin, Henderson. Fantastic job!!!"

"I had an excellent experience with Servpro Henderson!! A roofer left my house unfinished and untarped, and it rained all night. Servpro came quickly to give an estimate, and they were back within days to start tearing out the wet and get me to dry. They were with me for a week and did a fabulous job! Kaitlin and her team are professional, efficient, and knowledgeable! I'm so pleased with their work and will be recommending Servpro Henderson to everyone! Christine in the office has been so kind and lovely to deal with as well!"

"My dad had water damage due to a ice Maker overflowing. When I called, they were very responsive. In fact, they got there very quickly within an hour of calling. They did everything they said they were going to do. And they were very professional. I'm very impressed with the service. Casey communicated with me all along the way. He did everything he said he was going to do, I am quite impressed. His people were very thorough, and very clean. They cleaned up after each days work. Highly recommend."

"What a great experience!!! From my first call with Christine to working w Jesse and Shonda. All the lady’s were amazing. Christine before I hung up on my first phone call made sure I understood the process and answered all my questions . She was awesome about answering calls and checking in during the cleaning process and even after the work was completed. I felt at peace for the first time since my home caught fire. Once I was able to meet Jesse and Shonda. They were also amazing. They were patient and understanding when I came across items in my home that were damaged but meant a great deal to me. They even listened to me blab about my items and the stories behind them. Never making me feel like they didn’t care What an amazing group of lady’s. "Pretty confident most of these reviews are fake. Took the insurance check became impossible to get a hold of. Jerked us around for 2 years, Never finished the work and left our place a mess. The little bit of work they do do was shoddy at best. Didn't repaint my deck, Left my roof exposed all because he waited so long the insurance had to close the case. I would recommend to stay clear of these guys! Everyone I know has said the same thing, they drag around and drag around. I understand if you're busy but don't take the job if you can't do it!"
