"Being new to the area 3 years ago, we used the services of Aloha for 2 years and had nothing but frustration and disappointment. Calls to the office rang and rang with no answer, promised service calls that were no shows, arriving without the proper equipment to check for leaks as requested, it was unbelievable. Service staff stating problem is fixed, but it wasn't, plus their prices are ridiculous and unaffordable. A friend referred us to A1 Pools, WOW, what a difference. Friendly, responsive, professional, prices are affordable. Calls are answered quickly. Service calls are set up soon after request, service staff are on time, knowledgeable, courteous and fix the problem on the first visit. This company is A number 1. I highly recommend them, best decision we made was calling A1 Pools."

"I regret to say that my experience with A1 Pools has been extremely disappointing, prompting me to write this review. As the president of a private community pool, I had switched to A1 Pools last summer after a frustrating experience with Aloha. Initially, I couldn't speak highly enough of A1 Pools and recommended them without hesitation. They were responsive, professional, and did a flawless job on their first visit. Unfortunately, things have changed drastically over the past year. I reached out to A1 Pools over a month ago when we removed our pool cover and discovered that our liner had once again floated. Additionally, there seemed to be a leak, leading to a significant loss of water and likely contributing to the liner issue. I promptly called the cell phone number I was given last year, leaving a message on a Saturday morning. However, Monday came and went without any response. I then called their store during their supposed operating hours, leaving another voicemail. Finally, on Tuesday, I managed to speak with a polite lady who apologized for the delay and assured me they would prioritize our case. Fast forward a month and a half later, with countless phone calls made, promises to service the pool, and absolutely no action taken. During one conversation, they claimed they were "unable to do business" for a few days. In another instance, I discovered that the young man who initially assessed our pool was no longer with the company. On a different call, I was told they had no service technicians available and were considering diverting their construction crew to address our pool concerns. It's mind-boggling that a supposedly reputable pool service company would be this difficult to work with in an area with numerous pools. Should you find yourself in a desperate situation, you might consider giving these guys a chance, but only as an absolute last resort. I would still choose them over Aloha, but that's not saying much."
