"I used them for 2 years and everything was good, I had issues a few times but this last time they came, I was not very happy when I came home from work I could tell they did not do like they normally do. The bathrooms were not clean and the floors were not mopped. I called and spoke to the manager and she was very defensive about it and argued with me I did not know why she was acting like this and she said if your not happy find another cleaning service. She hung up on me. I called back and said I don’t understand why your acting like this it’s very unprofessional and you haven’t even offered to fix the problem, she hung up on me again. I don’t know what her issue was but I never heard back from her."
